We understand the struggle. Large properties require bulky equipment that isn't easily moved. Busy schedules keep you from finding time to run equipment for repairs. We have the service for you. Our truck is specially stocked and equipped to handle full repair and maintenance services of Mowers with at least a 36 inch deck, Riding mowers, Snow blowers, log splitters, some Generators, Skid steers, Heavy Equipment, and Forklifts.
This service is not only convenient, but since your machine stays on your property, is very secure! You Do NOT have to be present for the appointment. As long as the equipment is accessible, we will bring it to our truck, do the necessary inspections or repairs, and return it to where we found it. Both Estimates and Billing is handled electronically through text or email, with most forms of payment accepted. That is convenient!
You will be charged a small Booking fee upon booking. This small fee is nonrefundable and will be required to lock in your appointment. This fee also includes dispatch of our stocked truck to your location and a 15 minute onsite window for inspection and diagnosis by one of our professional technicians.
Our truck has a service radius of 10 miles a $45 surcharge will be added to our out -of- range service requests (over 10 miles from maple shade calculated by google maps).
You will be billed for the parts required to repair/service your machine.
We primarily use aftermarket parts where applicable to keep costs down, but OEM parts can be requested.
We will install proper customer supplied parts, however we will not warranty them at all.
We warranty the work we do on the systems we work on.
Due to the nature of current ethanol fuel and Operator characteristics, we maintain A STRICT 30 day service warranty on travel and labor.
We strongly recommend you service seasonal equipment at the beginning of its designed season to guarantee trouble free operation.
You can expect our service truck to arrive very close to the time you booked. time variations from traffic, long running jobs, etc, can affect promptness. weather delays can affect time of booking. heavy rain and snow is not safe to work outside in and will be rescheduled. After arrival we will locate your machine, inspect it, and contact you with your estimate. you then can choose to proceed with pro repairs Or make the decision to DIY.
Our truck stocks a large inventory of common engine parts, tires, belts, switches, and blades.
However, to repair specific chassis or deep engine troubles we often need to special order parts for your specific machine.
We ask you do your best to find your MODEL and SERIAL number at time of booking. Usually located on a sticker at the rear of the machine, or under the seat. This identifies equipment best, we can look up breakdown sheets, and arrive as prepared as possible to provide repairs.
We will pickup and deliver your smaller equipment for a small fee. This covers walk behind lawn mowers, pressure washers, generators, misc construction equipment. The fee pays for travel and diagnosis.

although you have to pick a time lot to book, we will NOT HONOR the time slot, because we optimize our route for cost saving purposes. You do not need to be present, but the machinery must be accessible.

* All approved and completed at-home services carry a minimum service fee of $199.00. The Booking fee is a nonrefundable deposit that covers a portion of the minimum service fee so our technicians can accurately diagnose your unique needs.*
