No matter if your seeking routine preventive Maintenace (tune up) service, or experiencing a defined fault, the first step is to book a service request. Booking is best done on our booking page! You pick a time and date with a short description of your equipment.
You will be charged a small Booking fee upon booking. This small fee is nonrefundable and will be required to lock in your appointment. This fee also includes dispatch of our stocked truck to your location and a 15 minute onsite window for inspection and diagnosis by one of our professional technicians.
Your machinery is made up of several independent systems that must work together in harmony. We break these systems down into individual "chunks" to simplify repairs and convey information clearly. Often times more than one system fails due to lack of normal preventive maintenance. This causes us to be forced to repair one section first, reevaluate diagnosis, and perform spot repairs to test everything to achieve full satisfactory operation. For example, If the engine does not run, we need to repair it to run FIRST in order to properly test transmissions, spindle bearings, the charging system or any other engine driven components.
Our technician will write up an estimate sheet for you to review and approve. You may choose to have the work completed in its entirety by us or decide on the DIY option. Upon estimate approval, we will supply all parts and labor plus warranty on the work performed to the systems and components we operated on.
Our estimates can be sent in an email if you are not going to be present at time of service. However, No work will be started until the estimate is reviewed and approved.
If you're the DIY kind of person, and just need help figuring out what is wrong, you always have the option to perform the repairs yourself!
Our estimation process will provide the guidance you need to move forward to make the repairs yourself! Now, while we currently DO NOT offer post estimate technical support, installation instruction, or a warranty for the Do-It-Yourselfer, we CAN sell you the proper high-quality parts your specific model needs to get the job done correctly the first time, keeping your costs and down-time to an absolute minimum.

one full engine and chassis preventive maintence service per year including tune up parts and labor, plus up to 3 "emergency" service calls per contract year without paying any dispatch, travel or labor fees for small repairs for equipment under contract! This service will dramatically lower your cost of ownership while greatly extending equipment service life for one low monthly subscription.
We warranty workmanship and mechanical quality of any repairs performed outside of normal preventive Maintenace (Tune ups). Repairs performed will be grouped into their respected system group. this could be labeled as "fuel system", "electrical system." or " cutting deck system",
For example, Lets imagine we replace your faulty carburetor, the repair will be listed under Fuel system repair. At this point we will warranty the entire fuel system including a clean fuel tank, its filter if equipped, the fuel line, the new carburetor and its factory installed anti fire solenoid for 30 days after the invoiced repair date.
In this case, because we did not work on the "electrical system" or "cutter deck", a future failure in these systems would not be covered.
We accept all major Credit cards and Cash. Sorry, no checks or virtual accounts are accepted at this time.
Repair times can vary. Of course we want to provide same day service, but it is impossible to exactly predict what machinery will cross our path! Rest assured, our service truck is very well stocked, and we work closely with 4 independent parts suppliers as well as OEM suppliers. Our turn around times are not only some of the fastest in the industry, but always handled with urgency in mind.
Our primary goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your decision to trust us with proper and sustainable equipment repairs. Currently, we do NOT offer repairs on small push lawn mowers under 30 inches, any handheld equipment or even some residential generators and pressure washers. This decision is based on the FACT that manufactures are no longer producing high QUALITY smaller equipment that supports the cost of repairs in exchange for its designed lifespan.
We will offer DIY parts for the machinery if its available, Be aware however, many discount offshore manufactures do not even offer replacement parts at all.
